Writing out progressions in all keys is a good exercise in itself for learning the "circle".
Check out the built-in Practice Mode.
You can write ii-V-I once (or just loop a few bars in an existing chart). iRp will automagically repeat it and step up or down your selected interval again and again.

Instead of "Unknown Composer", if you label them "Exercise" they (and others) can be easily located in your app's library.

Not sure if this is the right place to share my first 'song'. I bought iRealPro yesterday. Enjoying very much. BIAB is far too complicated and unintuitive for my taste. IRP does exactly what I need, simple and no fuss, yet powerful.
