Those are exactly what I am talking about.
I have not done much studio recording in a while but am looking forward to some Guitar Centric Harmonically Expanded House...House ..Hip Hop( not Rap but Hip Hop Rhythms and more sophisticated sub rhythms Chill...R&B..etc. which will have some Jazz Like features...
Eventually I will have to program Beats ...Keys and finally Guitar BUT these Ireal Tracks are great for experimenting, jamming .
I will be doing Guitar Instrumentals and using Vocalists in the Future...
So there will be some Castings Online for Singers late in 2016...
Irealpro is great and will also program some things specifically using Ireal with some cool modern Guitar...as a thanks to the Developers...and I just signed as A Beta Tester..
Exciting !

If they get these in time I may do live some performances with them ..

Bob: How does one record a performance on an iPad? I've downloaded the new version but see nothing to suggest how to do it. Nothing in the tutorials, either. It will be really great if somehow the iPad microphone could record a live performance while iRP plays a chord chart.

Yes you can use the mic on the iPad, but best to use headphones so it does not pick up the backing (twice). The mic is not a great mic of course (compared to the mics most of us use for recording).

Recording works very nicely, thank you! I've got to work out the details of how to balance iRP playback and sounds recorded by the microphone, but this new feature is terrific.

Computers that run 10.7 can also run 10.10 and 10.11. and we would like to take advantage of the new features offered by Apple in the newer version of Mac OS X.
