How to export tracks of a song SEPARATELY in separate wav files

could please advise if there is a way to export tracks of a song SEPARATELY in separate wav files?

If you mean you want each instrument's track in a song as a separate audio file, sorry there is no automated option for this. You would have to mute (turn off the volume) of all but one instrument and export (share), repeating this for each instrument. Rendering is faster than real time, so unless it is a long song (form) it should not take long. The file name for each should default to the song name unfortunately, not the instrument's name you have not muted, but it should increment if you are saving in the same folder, location.
