Breezin' - Bobby Womack
Breezin' - the one that started it all for the smooth jazz genre. I'm surprised that nobody has posted it here already. Lately, George has been playing this with a swing 16th feel, so the "pop - smooth" style works pretty well.

Breezin' (George Benson Version)
A great instrumental held together by brilliant soloing and orchestration. So to make this more fun than just endlessly looping four chords, this version is an arrangement with slight rhythm and chord variations to enunciate each of the three main melody motifs. It also creates a bit of structure. Besides that, it's fun to play against and it matches the record for the most part. The song build is, 1) Intro-motif 1, shorter then original 2) Verse a, motif 2. 3) Verse b, motif 3. 4) Solo, ending with motif 3 5) Verse a, shorter and End.
