Thanks for your information.
What OS is your Mac on?
Have you any System preferences>Accessibility, display settings set to anything other than their defaults (have you changed any of them)?
Thanks
OS is:
yosemite - 10.10.5
i don't have any strange display settings in accessibility going on.
If i am the only one with this problem then maybe there was an error on install? (it did take a very long time, and my internet connection was playing up yesterday)
If i use the backup function from the file menu will all my charts and playlists be restored? - i really can't afford to loose any of them!
I presume i open the backup from the "open" command in the file menu?
Just checked it on Yosemite 10.10.5 and it looks fine.
2 possible solutions:
1. In iReal Pro, go to Preferences and Reset All Settings.
2. Could you check your MacBook's settings? Click on the Apple on the top left, then About this Mac/System Report/Software/Accessibility.
Email us directly please.
Yes, if you make a backup, you can simply drag and drop it over the iReal Pro icon in your Dock to import them.

I'm sorry about the hassle.
Yes run a backup before you reinstall (make sure it arrives in email before you proceed) but this is just a precaution because your songs are stored in your user area not within the app itself. Delete the app then download again (you are not charged if you are logged into the same iTunes account that purchased it). The songs are automatically loaded so when you open all should be there.
This has confused me - I have used the "backup" option from the file menu - and saved it to the desktop.
I hope that will be suffice to get my songs and playlists back for desktop version..
why should it arrive by email? for mobile devices to be able to restore?
Thanks for the support.
