I was just wondering if it could be possible to change the following chords name:

C∆7#11 to C∆#11
and
C∆7#5 to C∆#5

As the "∆" symbol already implies a major 7th, it's not really necessary to add an additional "7th" in the name.
That would make the chart easier to read especially when there are 2 or 4 chords in the same bar.
