I transpose a Song-Set & Transpose Not Displaying New Key
I transpose a song to a new key, then "Set & Transpose", but when I go back to my playlist to view the song it shows up in the wrong key. When i play the song using the Ireal Pro piano it plays it in the key I transposed it to. It was working correctly until today. I am using a Galaxy S2. Help!

First, check to see that the global transpose function (for transposed instruments) is set to "C".
Go to "More" in the app and tap on Transposing Instrument.
On newer app versions, tap the sax/trumpet icon, upper left corner of the transposition pop-up screen.
Set to "C"?

Thanks, Bob! That worked great.

I wrote a chart for another song, but it will not set and transpose. All other 23 songs did transpose. I'm still set to concert c. When I set it to transpose it's 2 keys below the key signature.

Try this:
Use "set" on the info screen in the editor to establish the song's correct default key
(for the chart based on the chords that are displayed in the editor)
Tap done/save it to your library.
Open the song in the editor again.
Then return to the editor's info screen and use "set AND transpose" to fix Your preferred new default key.
The chart should then transpose correctly as desired.

Thanks again, Bob. That corrected the problem. I'm sure as time goes by(no pun) I'll get the hang of it.

No worries, you must remember this, as iRp has added more features, the learning curve has increased as well.

I have the same problem on one song and have tried the above in various combinations with no result. Is there something else I can try? Thanks.
