You have to purchase the iOS version (the code for each app is different.)
The Android version includes the player styles whereas the iOS version has these available as (optional) in-app purchases.
Thanks dflat . Wish I didn't have to buy again. So On android, it sounds as if it's less $ to use all styles... Maybe I will just keep it on the KFire.
There are usually a few differences between the different platform versions as each is updated successively. You can compare them here:

Obviously the iPad would give you a larger screen, be more responsive and currently gives you other options (like audio export, chords, scales and loops) if these are important for you.
Also you might be interested in multitasking with other iOS apps (especially if you are guitarist, bass etc.)
