There is no easy way to do this at present.
The hard way is to make a backup from one of the devices, delete everything on another device and reimport fom the backup.
We are hoping to implement iCloud synchronization at some point.

    Hi Francesco,
We are working on it. Hopefully by the end of the year it will be ready.

i have the program on my ipad with a bunch of playlists all set up, and i just put the program on my ipod and wanted to get all the same playlists onto it. i assumed since there is a tab for irealb and file sharing (under the ipod's apps), that it would just be a matter of saving the info from the ipad and then importing it to the ipod (since i really don't understand what this whole tab would be for, if not exactly for this sort of thing). apparently that is not the case, since i have done just that and absolutely no playlists or songs are showing up on my ipod. is it really the case that i have to manually add all the various playlists and such to my ipod now?

Use the backup function from your iPad (Hub - Utilities)
Email the backup to your iPod and tap on each playlist to import it.

did the backup on ipad, emailed it to ipod, open in ipod and see no option to click on any playlists. there is a link that says BACKUP, which if i click, opens irealb and it acts like its importing something and then when its finished, i go to playlists/songs and nothing has been changed. there is the word playlists: and after that there is nothing, even though there are a handful of playlists on my ipad. i tried opening in both my mail applications in case that was having some bearing on it, but both do the same...

    Have you tried this?
Click on the playlist you would like to export, then go to File - Export - Playlist via email button on your iPad. Go to your emails on the iPhone and try to click on that one. Let me know if it worked.
