Default Combine songs? Make 2 charts into 1

Hi all - my first post so go easy
I have several 8 bar songs - I would like to combine 2 of them into a 16 bar song.
    What is the preferred method?
    Thanks in advance

Since iRp has (currently) a single page format, there is a limit to how many total spaces you have to work with on one page (16 spaces across each of 12 systems).

With that in mind, combining two 8-bar sections on one page should easily work.

Ok, you want a single page medley of 2 charts.
Let’s create a new chart with song 1 and copy song 2 on to it.

    Detailed step by step instructions:

The editor only works in each chart’s default key (set in the editor on the info (i) screen). First, make sure your charts are set in the key(s) you want. Then…

Edit a DUPLICATE of chart 1.
Change the new chart’s title to your “medley” title.
    Done, SAVE.

    Open chart 2. EDIT
Select and highlight the bars you want to include in your medley.
    (The whole song is fine)
    COPY
    Done, Don’t Save.

    Open your new medley chart
    EDIT
Place the cursor on the 1st space of the system (line) below the chords from chart 1.
Bring up the action menu (select, cut, paste etc.)
    PASTE.

Make any additional edits (spacing, text etc.)
    Done, SAVE.

Choose your player settings. The tempo and style you select will apply to the entire medley chart.

    Enjoy your new chart.

If you need more specific help you’ll need to post the chart(s).
