insert 1 bar in the middle of a song for verse 4

I'm trying to play Moondance by Van Morrision. The Verse 4 of five verses is one bar longer. How can I set irealb to insert one bar in the middle of a song for repeat 4 of 4 repeats. I tried with coda and signe but I did not get it right.

You write: Verse 4 of five verses is one bar longer.
And then: insert one bar in the middle of...repeat 4 of 4 repeats.

Do you want the additional measure in the second to last verse, or the final verse?
