How High The Moon for jvl students
How High The Moon JVL - Morgan Lewis
Hey there
just so you know bar 10 is usually an A-7b5 to a D7b9 which makes sense since it leads to a G- . I think the A-7 D7 to the Gmaj7 would make more sense if you were going to take out a minor ii V7. Btw the real book uses all A-7b5 D7b9's except bar 28

Wonderful Hermannhesse !
Thank you
The first 32 were downloads from this forum, Thanks to saxman on page 32

After I got used to the chord writing tool, I became allmost addicted to finish it. Was a lot of fun ;-)
Hi hermannhesse,
Thanks for the charts. Remember to set chart keys correctly, to make it easier for everybody downloading to set their own transpositions - you probably forgot the app-wide transposition was set (sometimes in Bb, sometimes in Eb), so chart keys are “all over the place”.
Cheers and keep a-writin’!
D I G IT? - by A-el Zi-ig
@kalokagathon. Thank you for your Comment. Was my 1st Upload and I Play Alto Saxophon. Therefore everything is transposed to Eb. Just deleted my list and remade it in correct standard keys

When sharing songs of your own composition, if you include a link to either an audio file or YouTube your original chart will have some context.
If your chart reflects an original melody, it would be helpful.
Thanks for sharing your blues exercise.

Thanks for this! Just a note for anyone who downloads -- the ii V in Bb-7 resolves to B-7 on the chart -- so you'll need to make a quick edit to the original file so that it resolves to Bb-7.
Thanks, I'll add this to my exercise routine.

Full Scale Practice 3 - Klangakrobat
Scale practice
Great practice exercise.
Check out iRp's practice feature (Graduation hat icon).
You could write out just the first line of your chart and iRp will automatically cycle through all the keys.
It can also start slow and gradually speed up as you practice.
Remember to reset the practice features to OFF when done.

Hi Klangakrobat!
Thanks for your post...
Can you explain more about your chart? What kind of chord progression is it? What kind of exercise can you do with it?
Thank you very much
