Special chords - How to write them?

I saw there were many questions about how to write special chords in the forum. I had one myself, and then found the answer thanks to the "Chords Syllabus". To access it, select a song, then click on the learning or practice icon (in French, "pratique"). At the bottom, you will find the Chords Syllabus (Syllabus d'accords). There are many possibilities, the only problem being that the program does not recognize every way of writing the same chord, and sometimes uses a wrong/misleading notation (x9#5 instead of x9b13 or x7(13b9) for instance).

It would be practical to have the syllabus online too, so as to be able to use it when creating a new chart, but I haven't been able to locate one.
