Hey 007, great list. A question:
What does "gig" mean? Are there intros and Codas and structures all written out?

Hey Kalagathon, thanks for your posts. The word "gig" is just a surname i give to the songs i write or edit to not get confused with other versions that I download from the net or my friends send me.
About the Codas and structures, most of them are written like the original tunes, but some of them are written the way we play on the gigs.

    Cheers !

Cool Special Music Symbols and Characters adapted for iReal Pro

I would like to post some music symbols I adapted for iReal Pro for Mac, iOS and android. I didn't tried it with the web editor though.

The symbols in this post are not standard music symbols but I found them very useful. They just can be used as text notes below or over the chords.

    here are the symbols:

    ↓↑←→✠♩♪♬ㄩㄩ╕╕ฯґ><‹›^⇂↾≒ЛлㅃᄇПпШш|│┃║┆┇
    ①②③④⑤⑥⑦⑧⑨⑩
    ¹²³⁴₁₂₃₄
    ⓐⓑⓓⓔⓕⓖⓗⓘⓙⓚⓛⓜⓝⓞⓟⓠⓡⓢⓣⓤⓥⓦⓧⓨⓩ
    ♡♥☜☞♜♖♞♘웃Ѽ↺∅

I use them for these cases:

    NOTATION:

whole notes (redondas): O, silence: ≒
    half notes, Minim, (blancas) : d, silence:≒
Quarters, crotchets, (negras) ♩⇂↾, silence: ґ
    Eights, Quavers (Corcheas): ♪ П ㄩ Л л , silence:ฯ
    Sixteenths, semiquavers (semicorcheas): ♬ㅃᄇ , 16th silence: ╕
Triplets (tresillos): ³Ш, ³ш, ³⇂⇂⇂, ³ฯฯฯ
    dotted notes (notas con punto): o. d. ♩. ♪.

    more symbols for parts: ①②③④⑤⑥⑦⑧⑨⑩
    ⓐⓑⓓⓔⓕⓖⓗⓘⓙⓚⓛⓜⓝⓞⓟⓠⓡⓢⓣⓤⓥⓦⓧⓨⓩ
more symbols (for part guides): ♡♥☜☞♜♖♞♘↺∅
    more: ↓↑←→✠><‹›^¹²³⁴₁₂₃₄
    bars: | │ ┃ ║ ┆ ┇

    Other Symbols:

    ᖱ ᖰ ꒒ ㇌ 〣 〺 Ԓ ԓ ㅋ ᜪ
    ꜈ ꜌ ᚄ ᚃ บ ⵤᖱᖱᖱᖱ ㄩ Ԓ ꛂ ӟ Ӟ Ԁ
    Ⱎ ⱜ ɺ ។ • ⥌ ⥡

other symbols (provided by user DaleMac):
    ♭♮♯●•⁀‿┏ 3 ┓┗ 3 ┛⌈ 3 ⌉⌊ 3 ⌋⌜3⌝ ⌞ 3 ⌟

There are other cool symbols that can be viewed normally in the computer but are not recognized in mobile devices as they appear as squares (☐). I didn't include those in this post.
    -------------

    How to use the symbols:
I would suggest to copy the symbols of this post and paste them and save them using a text editor (Mac Computer, iOS of Android).
Then manually choose and copy the symbols you need from the text file and paste them inside the text box of the measure you need inside the iReal Pro (in edit mode).

Copy and paste. Is tedious but the scores look better.

Normally I edit my scores in iReal Pro for Mac (the computer version) where is easier to copy and paste text.

    I hope this post helped,

    Cheers!

here are the symbols explained in an ireal b chart:

Here are some examples of the symbols used inside charts:
