Personally I like The real book (vol 1 to 3 currently) (Hal Leonard) and they put out Bb and Eb versions which is useful. I like the changes they use but they probably do not match exactly with our changes.
Obviously with jazz there is no definitive set of changes.
You can print out the charts if you need them for some other purpose.
