Deleted Songs Restored on full startup

Powering down the iPhone after changes doesn't help, charts deleted restore with iRp startup when I empty the trash.

OSX Mac iRp 5.1 deletes charts-playlists fine. 8-)

iPhone iRp Clean install, no in-app-purchases installed.
Clean install Import Forum Jazz 1300 playlist..
Clean install create and delete New Song.. I've tried many variations.
I've got the iPhone iRp Songs nearly sorted, the app is running sweet, BackUp before emptying Trash. Erase All, import BackUp... It's the first time I've reset or reinstalled iOS iRp since buying it. Charts and playlists on the iPhone are completely refreshed with 2134 Songs. Great App 8-)
